The Objective:
Create an illustration for a yearly golf tournament.
The Challenge:
This golf tournament was created by blue collar workers for blue collar workers. The founders were both of hispanic descent and the tournament itself was a great display of ethnic diversity among the working class. The client wanted a graphic that boldly displayed the founders' heritage and let others know "We like golf too."
Client Bio:
Two hard-working gentlemen who share a birthday, a respect for cultural diversity, and a love of golf.
What We Did Along The Way:
The graphic was an enjoyable work of art. Care was taken to include a lot of small details.
The Outcome:
A successful graphic that was enjoyed by all of the participants of the day. Those who were not involved may not understand the illustration, but those who participated were proud to wear it, and understand that it is all about a hard-working group of people enjoying a day of golf, celebrating differences, and demonstrating core commonalities.
